Partner Training is personalized coaching built for two—ideal for couples, friends, or training partners who share similar goals and want to support each other along the way. You’ll get the same customized workouts, progress tracking, and tailored nutrition guidance as one-on-one training, but at a lower cost per person. It’s the perfect way to stay accountable, motivated, and make real progress together.

Our semi-private sessions are structured strength and conditioning classes designed to enhance both maximum strength and muscle development. Each session incorporates a strategic blend of compound and isolation movements, providing a well-rounded approach to building strength, improving muscular endurance, and supporting overall performance goals. These classes offer the personalized attention of one-on-one training within a small group setting for optimal results and motivation.

The InBody Scan uses advanced bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA), a safe, non-invasive method that delivers a detailed breakdown of your body composition. This gives our coaches the insight needed to build a fully customized training and nutrition strategy tailored to your body’s current needs and long-term goals
