Kate is a former dancer turned strength and conditioning coach with 7+ years in the fitness industry. She loves to help her clients unleash their inner athlete by incorporating a combination of strength training, plyometrics/power work, hardstyle kettlebell technique, hypertrophy work, mobility, and conditioning. She is a Mike Boyle CFSC Level 1 and Level 2 certified strength coach and a NASM CPT (certified Personal Trainer) and CNC (certified nutrition coach)

There is no additional cost to apply or begin training with Ultralete Fitness. Our goal is to help you meet your goals, not create additional barriers to keep you from getting there.
Yes, life happens. Semi-Private Training class make-up credits may be rescheduled for the same month that they are purchased. Personal Training Packages may be rescheduled at a later date at no additional cost but cannot be used as a credit towards their next month’s payment.
Yes. If you are working with one of our licensed trainers and nutritionists, guidance is included in your package.
Once you are an Ultralete member, you can use our app to manage your account, book, and reschedule classes.
