Aaron has a BA in exercise physiology and is certified through ISSA and Precision Nutrition. Aaron’s purpose is driven by the desire to help others see success not only in their bodies, but in reaching levels of strength & wellness they never thought were possible. Whether it be losing weight, gaining muscle, or training for a specific event.. He will help you achieve your goals through elite coaching and consistent support.

Marc Blunden, Trainer

As a certified personal trainer specializing in weight loss, I tailor workout plans and nutritional guidance to help clients achieve sustainable weight loss. For other clients, I focus on improving muscular endurance for events like triathlons, Iron Man, Tough Mudder, and other obstacle course races. My expertise in strength training ensures effective muscle gain, focusing on proper form and progressive overload. Kate, Trainer

Kate is a former dancer turned strength and conditioning coach with 7+ years in the fitness industry. She loves to help her clients unleash their inner athlete by incorporating a combination of strength training, plyometrics/power work, hardstyle kettlebell technique, hypertrophy work, mobility, and conditioning. She is a Mike Boyle CFSC Level 1 and Level 2 certified strength coach and a NASM CPT (certified Personal Trainer) and CNC (certified nutrition coach)

Carina is a dedicated personal trainer holding a BS degree in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton. With a background in physical therapy clinics, she has gained valuable insights into the significance of injury prevention through strength and mobility training. Carina firmly believes that by addressing muscle imbalances and movement dysfunctions, individuals can proactively prevent injuries and improve overall functionality, paving the way for a long and healthy life.
